We offer property management tailored to suit your needs from a team of full time residents of Mazatlan.  

Transactions can be arranged in English and Spanish. 

We advertise your property via our website with photos and full descriptions of all properties, links to online travel magazines, online forums and online newspaper classifieds.

We receive bookings through the form found on our website for reservations.

Collect and remit rents.

Meet and greet tenants, complete and sign inventory form, familiarize them with all working systems such as the stove, a/c, refrigerator, etc.

We will provide a folder of current activities, tours, maps, general city information for the tenants’ use.

We can provide special welcomes for honeymooners, anniversaries, etc. as requested by the tenant.

Arrange for cleaning of units between occupancies if desired.

We will manage and over see maintenance and repairs from our extensive list of qualified trades people at the owners’ request or needs.
